100% Customer satisfaction is our goal. We will review each return request on a case-by-case basis. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: Bolo Cornhole-Return, 4638 Pine Hollow Ct., Muskegon, MI, 49442.

We strive to get your new bags to you as soon as possible.  The current lead time is 2-10 business days before receipt.

​It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when checking out.  The ship to address must be provided in the SHIP TO section when checking out. Address changes that occur after checkout must be provided in writing through email and a written confirmation of the change will then be provided.

​Any package redirect charges incurred after the package has left our facility will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

DO NOT put bags in a washing machine or a clothes dryer. DO NOT subject bags to heat as they will shrink and can break down fabrics. Natural play is the best way to break in your new bags.

 

​Due to the process of printing on cornhole bags, sometimes white spots/line can appear before or after use. This in no way affects the performance of the bags. We work hard to keep printing issues to a minimum and each bag goes through quality inspection before shipping.

 

​With the advanced materials used in our cornhole bags, snags and pulls can happen. Please do not use these bags on boards with sharp edges as this will greatly reduce the life of your bags. Snags can happen from storage with other sharp object such as keys and rings. Snags and pulls are not covered under warranty as they are considered general wear a tear.
